Need suggestion on borewell problem

I have drilled bore well about 425 feet.few days after drilling we insert pump in bore well.after starting the pump set it gives plenty water only for 25 minutes.after 25 minutes it runs continuously but gives less water that is less than half inch.whats the problem behind it
Flushing the bore well will help us?

how much is water column. to what depth have you lowered pump.
