Question Help to use Jeevamrutham ?

I am planning to use Jeevamrutham on my Chilli plants but I am unaware to apply the same as we are dependent on Canal water and we don’t drip system.
Can you please help on methods to apply and it’s pros and cons

Jeevamrutham can be mixed with water, 10 lit with 200 lit water take in a barrel and add some nozzle to bottom let it open as it will cover your one acre
