Need guidance for cultivation of chinese vegetables and poly housing in Karnataka

Hi,
I am new to farming and have 4 acres of land in Bylakuppe, Periyapatna taluk, mysore dist, Karnataka state. I am interested in organic contract farming for Chinese vegetables.

I want to grow them open field so would appreciate if anyone can help me or guide me.

To start organic immediately is a bit difficult as my land was used for growing ragi and maize for the past many years. So last year monsoon I have planted silver oak and in nov’17 did mixed plantation of watermelon, yard long beans, bokchoy and now I have tomato and green chillies and okra using plastic mulching ( by guidance of google)...though nothing much in return still haven’t given up hope.

I have dug a bore and taken up drip irrigation (basic w/o filters) on my land.

Also interested in the Polyhouse/green house concept .... so please advice on the same.

I want to give my tiniest share to the world of farming which brings satisfaction when u harvest from ur hard work as well as would be a icing on the cake if it gets u a really income.
