Required info starting up a diary farm near Visakhapatnam Andhra Pradesh

I’m thinking to establish a small Dairy farm with a capacity of 10 to 15 Buffaloes/Cows in and around Visakhapatnam. But I don’t have any knowledge on this Animal husbandary.
