After my retirement, I have developed a rose garden and planted 2000 plants of Noorjahan provided by CIMAP at my native village in remote hills of Uttarakhand. There is scope for planting another 3000 plants. May someone guide me about:

a) Is it profitable to instal a distillation Unit of 100 Kg capacity which will cost me approximately Rs 1.5 lakhs or go for a 25 Kg Unit being provided by CIMAP at a cost of Rs 17000/-.
