I am pretty interested in gathering some information about owning some land with small scale farming capabilities in some hill station in India. I have really not decided on a specific place where I would like to have this land or property to be but I believe this is where your expertise and experience could help me. To tell you a little bit about my background, I am a resident of Dallas, TX and have been here since the past 7 years. I am planning to come back and settle down in India with my wife and two children. I need to find a property or piece of land which is has access to some schools and hospitals. I am not looking for something very exorbitant, just something very modest. The property does not have to be on a prime hill station or major tourist spot. About 20 cents of land would be ideal.
