We would be interested in knowing your offer. We got a land of 9 acres and currently looking for a profitable project in which minimum managerial inputs are involved. We cannot affort to spend time on the land nor we can supvervise daily operations.
I am not sure about more details, but it as a red soil and is at the place Antri Budruki. May be 3 hours from Mumbai, towards pune side. Underground water available. Transportation a bit of problem since no concrete roads, but can be build upon. Applied for the electricity.
