In maddur, malavalli you can get land at 3-4 lacs an acre you can try for lease at Rs 10000/- per acre per year. Some of my clients finalised like this near maddur and are cultivating under my guidance in 10 acres. thanks to this website.If you can finalise anything you can contact me for cultivation advice and buyback.
on the contrary you start in a big way say 200 acres in north karnataka at lower rentals of Rs 5000/- per acre.If you are interested let me know
