There has been a lot of discussion on the cultivation of Jatropha and producing BioDiesel from it.

It has been proven that this IS a viable opportunity for Entrepreneurs and Investors.

But, what does the Indian /Tamilnadu Government Policy talks about SELLING OF BioDiesel?

Can a small private enterprise/company (non-government) produce and sell BioDiesel in open market? Is there any regulations on pricing? Is there any Quality Standards available for BioDiesel, like ISI?
