Default Ruminant Farming

Guys,
It's indeed nice to know that there are so many qulaified young people interested in adopting farming as their occupation. This is something which can fulfill Hon. Dr. A.P.J. Abdulkalam's dream of a true modern India.
I agree to a great extent with Lucky's views and that he has seen an opportunity for farming (dairy and goat meat) in India. I am in the field of animal nutrition specialising in ruminants and have worked with farmers and scientists from various parts of the world. Our company is the global leader in forage based feeding management and that has worked for countries like Denmark, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada (the home country of Holsteins), South Africa, Ireland, UK, France, Germany, Poland. I intend to bring this technology to India as milk is the biggest agricultural produce of India although done mostly with primitive techniques.
I am looking for progressive farmers who are keen on innovation in the farming techniques. We have tested the technology at Penn State Univ, Univ of Illinois and Reading University in UK and also is field proven in our markets listed above.
Guys, if any one of you is interested in knowing more about this please do contact me with your phone/mobile number and I will be very happy to talk to you.
Also, my knowledge in the field of nutrition and feed management will be helpful to you in setting up a professionally managed farm in India.
We have developed a technology that does not use chemicals to boost the performance of milch animals and thus reduce the greenhouse emissions in the production of milk and meat.
Also with the prices of maize/corn soaring with the rise in oil prices, we have better solutions to manage the costs at the farm level and increasing the output at the same time. This means higher incomes for farmers.
I am also interested in setting up a farm with a combination of Holstein and Murrah buffaloes or even Mehsana (as my technology will give higher yield) in India on a land that can grow grass and has water available.
This technology addresses many issues at various levels and has solutions to most problems throughout the value chain of milk and meat production.
Please do get in touch with me

Regards,

Prashant Kotwal.
