Sir ,it is rightly said ,that India is the office of USA because the indian consultants get paid for the services provided by them to the international businessess.,who ever does business has to pay the FEES for the CONSULTATION-SERVICES, to the consultants, if they want good and effective advices, IT may be negociated ,and if suits both the parties,then the deal is said to be done.

MR SANT, i do totally agree with your concept which is a reality and cannot be denied,as you said below:

{{{{"To me it seems that the Free exchange of information is ideal up to some extent in knowing, Finding out & evaluating the need as well the efficacy of the consultant therein. It is equally interesting to note that whole of India is full of self proclaimed Consultants: who give information for free which is good ( to what extent ? ) but the people asking should always ask Every Consultant these 5 questions before implementing any advise of the Consultant.

The five important questions are: How, what, when, where & why.

My earnest request to all the needy people is to ask & get yourself satisfied with all these 5 questions so that you can evaluate the Efficacy of the so called Consultant or Expert as the case maybe.

At the same time we also have to accept the fact that “There is no free lunch in the World” & everyone should be realistic about it.

If anyone is investing money in any business then he should be willing to PAY for learning the ropes." }}}}

ONLY air is free, & not the consultancy.

The person who wants the general idea can get it for free,but has to PAY FOR THE CONSULTANCY.
