Dear friends,

I am Vipul From Dubai.
My grand father had a piece of land in my village in Gujarat.My father gone to Ahmedabad for study and settle there. My grand father had given this land for cultivation to a farmer. Both expired. Now before three year i came to know about the land. my Father also expired before 25 years. The land was an oil/Gas Field and hence ongc had issued the notice. Our family member could not understand the matter. ANd court issued an order stating the land to be that of Govt. In 7/12 , my grand fahther's name was there hence the notice was issued to our family members.

Now i want a consultation as to the following issues...

1. How can i acquired the Land Back?
2. I want to add the name of my family members in the records.
2. Can i Acquired other land in the same village if the same land is not able to reacquire?
