Hello Steve,

Could you please let me know as to what is your project and what produces you propose to process. Are they directly coming from the field or being procured from the local market.

You know every agricultural produces are alive even after they are harvested. To enhance their shelf life and to retain the properties and the freshness, Precooling and subsequently storage in High Humidity Cold Storages are done. Depending on the produce, temperature, humidity, grading , etc are carried out in the Packhouse.

Considering the above, one has to know what the produces are.

After hearing from you I shall try to provide with the necessary informations.
