Dear Shiri,

The details given by you is not sufficient for anybody to help you. people responding and giving advice do not take responsibility. It is essential to know soil pH, water EC, other water parameter, altitude, wind, soil texture, structure, water table,is the soil laterite, floods, slope, fertility and depth of soil.
crops grown, your ability to manage, investment possible etc.,
it is better you tieup with a consultant to get proper support as investment for 30 acres is quite substantial. there are other business parameter also to be studied.

the land may be suitable for many fruit crops. investment for fruit crops is around 15 to 20 thousand per acre based on various parameters.

We get avg good rainfall in tha region and ample water can be stored during the monsoon season. Can I use this type of land for planting fruit gardens like Mango, Grapes, Anar etc.?? What could be the initial investment?? Can anyone guide me on how to cultivate in rocky soil??

Thanks,
