Synergy Biotechnologies Ltd. producing tissue culture Banana variety G-9 ( Grand naine) from Imported Virus indexed cultures. We are producing 4 million plants per annum and marketing throughout India.
We are adding another production capacity of 4 million plants per annum by June 2008 for export of Banana and Ornamental plants
We have a ready tissue culture Banana stock of 5 lakhs in net pot stage and 5 lakhs in poly bag stage ready for sale at any point of time.
We are inviting farmers, Companies, authorized distributors for marketing / growing our Banana in India and abroad.

The Joint Venture characteristics
SDA is looking for an overseas partner that can provide the "Operational Platform" for the JV based on know-how and technology that will be provided by SDA.

The Business Model
SDA and the local partner will register a local company. The new entity will face two options –
• Acquisition of an existing company in the same business and improve it
• Start a new project.
International sales and marketing will be the sole responsibility of SDA International.
