First of all try to understand the situation of draft at the jetty area and the dredging problems associated with it. Try to understand what corgo is going to be handled over here and what are the future aspects of it.
When the gov. implement it and who is going to set up the infrastructure. This is just like the Kaalpsar project showing Mirages in the future which is no existance in real than in the books and literature of the gov.
Yes the prices of land will go high , but not due to the port , but when the sub canals of narmada project will reach in the command areas .
