Major Achievements
Improved the procurement of the milk by 27% from 3.45 lpd from the year 2004 to 4.39 Lpd. during the year 2007 in 6 milk Unions in North Karnataka Milk Unions by adopting the modified system of Procurement.
Conceived, Developed (training need analysis) and arranged the training programme for the Milk producers, Board of Directors in DCS and Unions, Secretaries and functionaries in DCS, Executives, Managers and CEOs of Milk Unions in Karnataka and the total participants trained were 441.
In Dalmia Dairy Industries, Bharatpur (Rajas than) rationalized the Procurement price and policy for milk in entire zone and due to the technical intervention, the procurement rose from 1.5 Lpd to 2.5 LPD during the year 1994.
