2. Provide technical assitance for max. production.
3. Buy back areement of harvested seeds.
4. Cost per seedling Rs.2.00
5. Down payment Re.1.00 per seedling.
6. Bal. Re. 1.00 will be recovered in two equal installment of Ps. 0.50 per seedling with the procurement of seeds.
