You can contact members through the forums either by posting replies or by sending private messages. This not only helps build the community but is also safe - giving out your phone and email numbers on the internet is a sure way to receive lot of spam messages and telemarketing calls.
If you are very keen to add a signature at the end of every message with your company name, address etc to promote your business, you can
upgrade for this feature.
