Greetings and seeking cooperation to setting up project in Kenya

Dear sir ,
I am an indian living in Kenya. I am a businessman in the trade of printing and stationery.Myself with a group of friends would like to do a charitable project which is commercially viable and with a potential to help pay for facilities that we would like to put in place like a clinic,school or even cottage industries.

To achieve this we are thinking of going into agricultural oriented activities with specific orientations as to what we want to achieve.

(A)Market gardening with european market as destination for the produce.Using irrigation,organic and energy saving techniques to meet the rigorous requirements.

(B)Grow medicinal and aromatic plants initially for sale to commercial entities but at a future date to go into processing and extraction.

(C)Floriculture as there is a market for good quality flowers and with the right management in place there is a lot of potential in this growing industry.

(D)Planting exotic trees to promote afforestation of vast stretches of land which is lying arid.

(E)Creating ornamental gardens and botanical gardens for educational and recreational purposes.

I would like you to suggest in what way you can assist us in this venture which is going to be funded by individuals.In essence we are trying to put a project in place which can be an eye opener to promote good values and bring that sense of being able to achieve sustainable development with the right managerial professionals in place .

I have been talking about this to quite a number of individuals but people are too busy in their day to day work such that even ideas don't flow.I have made up my mind that I have to scout for the right individuals having knowledge to their specific profession for me to achieve a reasonable degree of success in my ambitious project.

I hope in essence you have a brief idea as to what I intend to do. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
