WE need 100 to 500 acres agricultural land on lease in thane district for growing aromatic plants. If you have land with water source please reply to this post. We will pay a reasonable rent, and also develop your land. We prefer an agreement for three years renewable for another three years. The agreement will be registered with the local registrar to safegaurd interests of both parties.
